  • Yes, but this site will not update your calorie goal automatically. From the "My home" tab click on goals at the top. It should automatically populate the most recent weight you have logged. Then save and it will update your calorie goal. GL! Steph

  • I weigh in everyday too because it helps keep me motivated. Be warned though, if you weight everday you will see more ups and downs then doing it weekly :)
  • It can be very hard to drink 8 glasses of water a day for me too, but I have been really pushing myself to do this since I joined MFP and it has made a big difference for me. The pounds do seem to come off easier on the days that I drink the water I am supposed to. There is an adjustment period though, like anything else…
