It is hard to describe what soy tastes like, I just know I don't like it. But after 3 weeks and 3 days I have found plenty of products that I do like so I am not worried about it any more. That is great that you like everything. So you are a freak in a good way. :laugh:

My doctor suggested I go on Medifast and he provided me with a coach to call. I started 3 weeks and 3 days ago and have lost 9 1/2 pounds so far, which is great for me. But I am on 5 Medifast meals plus 1 lean and green. Also, I am not limited to shakes but can choose from all of the meals except the maintenance bars. Why…

I didn't know that. I'll try that on my next order. Also, I made the oatmeal cookies (recipe from the apple cinnamon oatmeal box) last night and had them for breakfast this morning. They were very good. Thank you to everyone who gave me suggestions. And I am beginning to find that some of the products are growing on me.
