I've been eating not logging past couple of days. Not toooo bad - I used to eat worse - but erratic and having a mince pie for breakfast this morning kinda sums it up. I can't wait for Monday - really looking forward to starting. I hatched this plan with a friend in October so been waiting ages to start at a time I knew work wouldn't get in the way of me finishing. No idea how i'll do with the fit test but I think i will find a few exercises very hard indeed :))

Hiya I like the Angie millar dvd and I have heard others say the SKOGG ones are good - you can watch him on youTube - just serach for Skogg. I also downloaded a good app for my iphone - KB Fat loss by Samuel Pont training - basic but decent w/out and the app plays properly. HTH A x

HI I'm originally from West Lothiaan (Whitburn) but in South Lanarkshire (hamilton) now. Haven't joined up to the SL facilities cos the budget won't stretch at the moment. Spotted on the site that there is a Kettlebell class at the John Wright Centre so will prob start that in the New Year! A :)

Thanks everyone - that's really helpful. Anyone have opinions about the before bed suggestion...read that in a few different articles and thought it may be useful since I exercise so early and on empty too - but hesitant about taking it just before sleeping?
