I'm 49 and wanting to re lose the remaining 22lbs of the 40 I gained after a serious knee injury (I know it didn't have to be like that but I was miserable and comfort ate). I'm cleaning up my diet (meals, are fine but changing how I snack) and getting into major exercise again (but having to work around knee as it can't…

Hiya please add me. I'm 46 and starting over now. Really thought I'd lost for good in 2011 and was super fit. Then a horrible knee injury, inflicted on me by an idiot in an exercise class, changed everything. Struggled to cope now I can't do intense impact heavy exercise which I loved. Now feeling positive and ready to get…

I'll send you a request. I've struggled with anxiety and depression before. In 2011 I was at rock bottom, couldn't sleep, couldn't think straight and 4 stone overweight. With the encouragement if the best GP I've ever known starting to dust exercise and eat well totally changed that. Saw benefits within a few short weeks…

I had great results with kettlebells, major fat loss and got a great shape, big gains in endurance and decent strength gain, plus I loved the functional aspect of the movements and how they translate to real world activities e.g. hauling heaving bags, lifting toddlers on one side etc. I love bells and am about to dust mine…

Avoided it so far but probably because my dog can look quite intimidatingly athletic lol (she's a total sweetie). Sorry this happened to you!

Hi I'm Ali, 46, I live in Scotland and am mum to two young boys. After years stuck behind a desk I'm now a dog walker and have my own super energetic 2 year old Vizsla puppy. I am getting back to formal training after a serious knee injury a couple of years ago. I love kettlebells, Body Combat and yoga. Looking forward to…

Thanks - impressive. We've not really had our girl off lead yet.....been advised to wait by our trainer as she is particularly wizzy even by viz standards. We have her on a 10 metre line and she runs rings around us :-) Fabulous dogs

I'm restarting after a long lay off with injury today too...been a serious exerciser in the past. Not done T25 but dabbled with Insanity - Shaun T is great :-)

Hiya - you can do it! I'm starting again today too.....had 18 months off after a bad knee injury. I now have to re-lose the 3 stone I lost 5 years ago. I love Shaun T - don't have T25 but want it. Not sure if my knee can take the impact anymore though :-( I'll send you a friend request - would love to share the journey.…

Hiya me too - I got a major knee injury due to an idiot at a kettlebells class about 7 weeks ago who ran right behind me and took my leg out from under me while I was doing a backward lunge. It is hell - I feel for you. " eat less"...hmmmfffpp true but kinda misses the point if you have been a regular exerciser eh!? Upper…
