My exercise goal is to shave 5 minutes off my 3 mile run. My food goal is to try new low fat recipes! It's funny you put that, today I discovered a great website full of low fat recipes...its called skinnytaste.com, check it out!

just up your calories to about 1800 and try that.....I went thru the same thing and had to tweak my calories for a week or two to find what was right!!! good luck! :)
