Multi meals a day is not what will get you abs. What will get you abs is eating in a defict. Most people eat way more than they think, because they are not weighing their food. Make sure you are eating protein as well! Many people "diet" but then really lack in protein.

Fruit are carbs, and some fruit are very high in carbs btw. I would totally recommend checking out IIFYM. This has changed my life! Weight loss is super slow, however, my body is recomping and I have never been so proud of how my body is becoming to look! Feel free to ask me any questions, I can try to help!

Things that make me LOL for diet advice You can only eat up to 1200 a day to lose weight. Carbs are bad and same person then says they will only eat fruit and veggies... LOL Fat free is good for you. Don't eat sugar

Can you do something before work? I used to run in the mornings. I personally am at a desk 10 hours a day, and have 40 minute commute (one way) so I am sitting like 11 hours a day. I take time in the evening to make sure to work out. I personally go to gym more, mainly to make up a lot of the seditary through the week.

I know that you just add all of your food for the day as one meal, do you find that easier to chart? I am thinking about going to more a charting like that.

I used to be all about Halloween, but this year I am just not feeling it. I literally just had to overnight costumes for my boys - they arrive today. I am really looking forward to Christmas! I can't wait! I just love the holiday! Decorations, giving. YAY
