Try to eat within 45 minutes of waking up and eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. I saw a nutritionist and we set my goal weight at 150 lbs. I want to be less than that but I also don't want to get discouraged. I know I'll feel great if I get anywhere near it but I also know it wouldn't be long before I want to lose more so I'll reevaluate then.
