Today was Day 7 of Level 2 for me and I definitely feel like everything is getting easier! I am still having trouble with the plank exercises and anything to do with balance lol. I have a lot more endurance though! Next week I am starting C25K in addition to 30DS!

I'm on day 8 of Level 1. I don't see any improvement in my endurance, but i'm sticking with it!

I am on Day 8 of the 30DS and in the DVD she says you should feel your endurance building up by now.. I feel no such thing haha. But I'm sticking with it.. haven't skipped a day yet.
