Hi guys; ...just realized I have been WF once or twice a week for one month. Wanted to share the results. Burned 33,600 calories (9.6 pounds) doing the Poseidon 100 Fat Burning Water Fast so far; one month. Thanks Dan! :) I am very close to goal weight.

Burned 12,250 calories (3.5 pounds) doing the Poseidon 100 Fat Burning Water Fast, 42 hours. Failed 2 days for keto and gained weight this week. Happy with WF results. It worked great. Back on track with keto.

Hi; Ketogenic living/low carbohydrate high fat is sustainable. As someone stated above, it keeps you satiated. I have dieted before but always gained the weight back because I was hungry. Hi again; I didn't realize we could see your diary...till an above comment. In quick review, I see you have red wine. I also had to give up any alcohol in order to lose any weight. I plan to slowly introducing it once I am at goal weight. I do suggest giving this a try. Again, good luck.
