I started MFP in July. Hoped to lose about 40lbs. So far I've lost 10. To lose, you have to eat, otherwise your body will begin to store calories(fat). If you add me you can see my diary as well.

I LOVE to snack. I eat mostly snacks instead of meals. Unfortunately, I don't always meet my daily calorie goals. What's worse...I drive for a living and I eat a snack every hour during my trip (6.5 hrs) and still don't have enough calories.
