I think it is a personal preference really. I don't think you need to go overboard on them as some of the diet shakes that people push. I am running a daycare here and sometimes I am so very busy I almost forget to eat breakfast. I try to make a green smoothie with protein powder, maybe one with peanut butter, Almond milk.…

Hi, been here awhile and learning the tricks and how many calories you can eat is important. I am doing better since I remember to log in daily. I need to lose about 80 lbs too. Motivation is the key! We can do this and if you want to friend me let me know.

Ed, Thank you so much for today's post. I messed up and ate badly all weekend and I new today was my day to get back into my world of happiness which actually does mean eating better and logging my food.
