  • Gold Standard is always good in any flavor. I use the "Delicious Strawberry" Very low in calories. I add a 1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen strawberry halves and 1-1 1/2 cup of cold water for a very yummy smoothie and only about 200 calories.
  • One of our (wife and I) goal for 2012 is to do 5 family 5K events this summer. I have everyone going to the gym AT LEAST once a day training and working on cardio to do it. If we make the 5 events We intend to up our goal and push further. 2013 we are thinking 10K and like you setting time goals also.
  • I'm simple. I really don't know about all the programs out there so I simple do yoga, a physical workout (focus on belly, back, arms chest) and a heck of a lot of cardio (2 hours daily elliptical, stair climber etc)
