Hi fellow cyclist! The bike seat just takes some getting used to. It gets better with time! If it hurt yesterday and you ride today it will probably REALLY hurt for the first 5-10 minutes, but after that you won't feel a thing. Enjoy the ride!

It's awesome! So easy to incorporate & easily adjusted to your fitness level. It really gets your heart pumping and muscles moving. I do it once or twice a week. Highly recommended!
