  • I gained like 5 pounds from thanksgiving to the new year. Its awful since im trying so hardnto change my lifestyle in some eating. First holidays i dealt with it. But back to loosing. Just keep going! Feel free to add me. I could use more friends :)
  • Lets do it! Im trying to lose about 10 more pounds by the new year. I started this journey atmy all time heaviest and drdropped 31 pounds in a lil over 3 months. Goal is to be 175 by the new year! Feel free to add me! Could use more friends :)
  • I would like to join! Im in! I know I could use some motivation myself with the holidays coming up. So it will be sort of hard to stay on track! I've lost 27 pounds in 3 months even with a surgery in between. Still got at least 35 pounds to go!
  • Im still sort of new. But I barely been eating back my calories I burn. I try to stay near my goal and keep it at that. So far it has been working for me. But just because I hit the gym or dance for an hour doesn't mean I can just go and eat whatever I want. I'm finally learning its more about moderation and everything.
  • Im between 5'6"-5'7" and for now my goal is to get to 150. That's a little less then before I got pregnant with my 3rd baby and became a stay at home mom/wife. Its been very difficult for me to lose this weight. Feel free to add! Could use some motivation!
  • Thank you everyone for the input! Its appreciated! I got little ones I chase all day too so being in pain all the time won't be good for me. I was just curious.if it was.just as good since I feel like I work harder on an elliptical
  • Honestly I think I get a better burn on the elliptical anyways. I honestly feel great while doing it. Its not something I dread at all. And plus reading while doing it helps me out a lot. Thank you everyone for your input!
  • I have tried at an incline as well. My knee is pretty screwed unfortunately. But at least i still try I guess.
  • Well obviously the first time I used an elliptical I HATED it. But this past week it actually has grown on me especially since its easier on my knee that never healed properly. I still try on the treadmill. I've tried jogging around my neighborhood but it just puts my knee I'm pain. I also use the stationary bike at the…
  • Im always usually under my calorie goal as well. I have been dancing A LOT every day with my kids. And I try to hit the gym 5x a week as well. So supposedly I am burning anywhere from 500 calories up to 1,100. Like I said..... SUPPOSEDLY. I rarely eat back half of my calories "burned" since I'm not sure how accurate this…
  • I have a question ..... so I have a knee injury that never healed correctly.... so its hard for me to go on the treadmill and try jogging for any amount of time.... is being on an elliptical just as good? Considering I can't go faster then 3.5mph on a treadmill but can ALWAYS stay anywhere from 4.3mph-5.2mph?
