Crystal Light is great its only 5 calories if I want lemonade instead of water. It also doesn't have a funny after taste that some other artificial sweeteners do.

I take Armour. I take it first thing in the morning and get ready for work and an hour later I have my coffee. Its better to wait a little bit to eat a little rather than skip it just because you want to eat breakfast. Don't skip your meds it could be effecting you in ways you are not aware of.

Why then would you use the term He-Man and She-Ra?

That is true I put Halloween peeps on my son's birthday cupcakes and nobody ate the peeps (except me). But they looked very cute and festive.
