  • I didn't think I would be able to get my 25 in today because of how sore my legs were, but I sucked it up and did them at the end of the night. My favourite healthy snack are pomegranate seeds, but when they're not in season I like snacking on grapes or green apples.
  • 20 squats done. I'm really surprised how much my legs hurt from yesterdays 15! Looking forward to that burn though.
