My weight is going down, albeit at a slower pace. One of my other apps I use for tracking tells me my average weekly loss is .87 lb per week. It was at 0.94 lb per week. Thanks Chris! For years I've been thinking that to lose you had to eat such small numbers that 300 extra calories might as well be 3000! :-D

I have a Fitbit One and love it! As others have said it keeps me motivated and because I have it set to "enable negative calories" it provides a more accurate calorie count and helps keep me honest. Plus you get weekly reports and badges for steps, number of floors climbed etc. Highly recommended!

Hey! My best advice to you: Try to be as accurate as you can with logging. I know it's not always easy but just do your best. Be patient. I find if I ever have a concern or question, I do a search on the message boards cause there's a really good chance someone out there has already asked and there's really good advice…
