This is what was happening to me. I just updated the app today and the double log is there. it doesn't affect my burn on MFP and never has. Just shows up twice, sometimes. It's not always there and it not always every activity

Trader Joe's has a version of those veggie chips. It would be cheaper and have the same end result if you used peanut flour. A one pound bag of peanut flour at TJs is cheaper than PB2. http://www.dailygarnish.com/2010/09/powdered-peanut-butter-a-review-taste-test.html

It's unlikely that you will lose 7lbs of true weight in one week. Nor is it a goal you should be working towards. It's unhealthy.
-
Where'd you get 135 from? 20kg bar = 45lb bar (rounding) 10kg each side = 22lb each side, roughly 45lb total. So 90lbs total, not 135. If he's just beginning the program, it's not that low. it's a beginning. But SL doesn't have curls. ICF does and they're AFTER the main lifts (squat, bench, row).

Something perceived as mean or unsupportive I assume

You know they make quinoa flour right? Honestly, this sounds gross but I hate quinoa anyway

Building muscle requires calorie surplus and progressive overload.

I think you need to put up or shut up. Preferrably shut up. Page after page of advice in so many *kitten* threads and many a PM. and you're still *kitten* whining. you aren't going to listen to advice whether it's on squats or counting calories or this or that. So just go away already.

Far kinder than he deserves IMHO.
-
I wouldn't call "9lbs lost, 22lbs to go" close to goal. ^Also this. Exercising every day is a great way to get an overuse injury or to burn yourself out.
-
If either will make him go away, I'm in. white-knighting.

I'll trade you. I'll gladly ingest the bugs while running and you can have the fractured fibula I sustained from finding a pothole on a early morning run.

On a sort of unrelated note, I also suggest using the Road ID app, especially if you're doing it alone. It allows for set contacts to track your progress and be alerted if you go down. I wish it also tracked pace but Road ID app will show distance and the time between starting and stopping. So then you can do the math if…

This is a violation of the community guidelines. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/welcome/guidelines

Totally not. I think the paleo name is absolutely absurd and inaccurate. But the brownies are really good lol
-
it only eliminates grains and nightshades as carb sources. sweet potatoes. paleo gingerbread brownies - uses coconut flour and dates. pretty delicious actually (i only made them since my former neighbor gave me a pound of dates as an apology)

He provided you with nothing useful. There are a bunch of different lifts that target the various parts he's listed but he gave no further suggestion. and as a new lifter, a bro split like that isn't suggested.
-
Smith MACHINE and leg press aren't as beneficial. at all. And that other person was suggesting like an aerobic step to stand on. a full on, built out platform is perfectly safe. rack with platform: previous suggestion for "platform":
-
Your reason for paleo makes more sense now due to your medical issues. I'd go to the Long Distance Runner group to ask about this. You're getting advice from those who have done halfs and the multiple-marathoners in LDR have stated that carb loading isn't necessary for a half. But they can give you advice for the full…

My bet is that the OP is new to lifting and would benefit far more from a 3x/week full body routine like Stronglifts, Strong Curves, etc. There are even pre-made dumbbell routines, like this: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html that are geared towards beginners instead…

Exactly, I had days where I cant find fage 2%, let alone something with a higher fat content

I'm with Jo here. I've worked out with an ex (wasn't then) and I did not like. I also work out at home since I don't like people or sharing.

So I was going to suggest this: http://www.goodbelly.com/by-the-glass/ Based off of a blogger I follow ( http://successalongtheweigh.blogspot.com/2013/11/not-glamorous-subject.html & results: http://successalongtheweigh.blogspot.com/2013/12/results-of-12-day-challenge.html) But there's no fiber... idk, here you go tho lol

Why not read the threads that were previously linked since they're both very thorough and will answer your questions. They both explain their respective process.
