Who says you have to have breakfast foods for breakfast? Sometimes grilled chicken, or a tomato salad, or some cheese and an apple will do ya just fine :)

Trader Joes has a cereal that is awesome! Trader O's High Fiber -- 190 calories for a cup and a half and 9 grams of fiber... Kinda high in carbs but you eat in the morning.
