  • I would love to join! This will be my first challenge as well! My daily goals will be: 1. Log food daily. 2. Drink 8 glasses of water. 3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 5 times per week. And I think I'll join you, Aimtolose140, for goal #4! 4 - Do at least one household chore every day, in addition to the basics.
