There is a small Polar user group and I started a M400 user group (also small).

Strawberries would fill me up dipped in some yogurt or just plain. A carrot will do it also. Nay to spinach leaves. Those would not work for me.

Is The Daily mail the over the pond version of National Enquirer?

I am a male under 6 feet. I currently weigh about 280 pounds. I did a work out on the cross trainer on Saturday for one hour and burned 880 calories. I used my Polar M400 and Polar HRM. So...this is possible if the poster is heavier. I would agree that netting 900 calories would not be healthy. I ate back about 70% of the…

As would I. Great response from B. Don't Judge others. You never know what their journey is!

I agree. You probably did it wrong! LOL!

I have a M400 that I got 8 days ago. I had a vivofit which I really liked, but needed something more. I chose the polar because of what the software does and the different sport profiles. The only thing it really does not support is heart rate while swimming, even though the H7 strap can be worn while in the water. If you…

I had a Vivofit and considered the FR15 but didn't like have to sync by cable only. I also had problems with the Garmin Connect. Days without being able to sync on phone or website, things like that. Made me mad enough to switch. Plus I wanted something to step up my game. No regrets. +

M400!

One of the biggest difference between the two is the A300 reads your H7 HRM while swimming. The M400 does not support that and probably won't.

I am starting to get serious and the M400 works for me. There is s sport profile on it for dancing. Put a compatible HRM on and dance away. It will count your calories burned and maybe some steps also! I was using a vivofit and loved it because it is waterproof and there is no charging. The battery lasts about a year and…

M400 all the way!

I have an M400 with a H7 strap and I would like more people to follow as well. https://flow.polar.com/training/profiles/10082451

Had this problem this past weekend with my M400. I did other indoor and it told me I ran 9 mph for so long. I changed it in flow and it stayed that way in MFP. It annoyed me so much. That is the way I roll. I don't run either, and didn't want people asking me why I ran that fast or if I really ran that fast. Weird.

Polar M400 here also!

Polar Flow with my M400 and H7 HRM. And of course MFP!

I use the Polar M400 and the H7 HRM strap. I love it. I feel very motivated and I get a much better picture of my workouts. I have it only a week.

The vivofit is GREAT and I used one for six months. Needed more to be able to step up some. Got a Polar M400 and it is one awesome device.

Batman! Not Ben Affleck's batman. I feel it is just wrong.

I like Strava and Runmeter. Runmeter is only for Apple devices though. You can go premium for only a couple of bucks for a year. Not bad really.
