k so i can't seem to be able to search for a group so i am wondering if anyone here belongs to any polar groups? within mfp

I received the polar ft60 for Christmas and am trying to figure out how to use. I would love other input on how to then use the data in mfp. I did record my workout today but do not know how to diary my results yet.0
