Good to know. You've got to find your own motivation for this, no one else can motivate you, it's all down to you. Take some personal responsibility and decide if where you want to be means more to you than not doing this. That's it, your call.

It must be taking them a while to get here from his home planet.

It would have been slightly clearer if MFP didn't refuse to let me type the word a-n-a-l properly -_-

Someone has a problem with calorie laden salads so assumes everyone else is eating calorie laden salads too and must warn them? It's only a matter of time before someone realises flavoured water has calories in it so assumes all water is higher in calories and must tell the world to stop. Honestly, give it time.

That blatantly sounds like an attention seeking thing. Calling a meal that definitely seems designed to get people to notice the problem, because you could just simply put in quick added calories. And that's the problem, people are using MFP as a place to get help and advice from unqualified people for serious problems…
-
The problem is when you try to say something to help people they're usually in a bad place where they won't listen to even the best advice and once you make an effort, you're sort of sucked into their problem. I don't like to do that just because it feels like there's a lot of pressure for you to say the right thing and…

That train is like "I'm gonna make it...oh, hang on"
-
It's hanging well thanks, but sometimes the tablets don't wear off and it's left standing upright for a while. Which is a bit awkward.

The Daily Mail has gone from sympathising with the Nazis and demonising Jews to giving bad advice on nutrition? They always find something to get horrendously wrong.

Stop being so an*l.

Body weight exercises (look them up on Bodybuilding.com). Lengthy coitus with a significant other. Sports. Walking. Dancing. Yoga/Stretching. Street fighting/fighting an animal (I'd recommend starting off with a poodle and working your way up to fighting a bear). Waiting on the other side of your home for a delivery man to…

+1 Reese's peanut butter pieces in a coconut flour and orange cream whey mixture along with sliced banana later tonight. Probably fit in some peanut butter cups tomorrow.

I was always a thin child but then at the age of 16 (same as your daughter) I left full time education, the world became a lot more stressful, McDonalds seemed a lot more appealing and the weight crept up. I've been really depressed (still am, just more manageable now) and I dare say the two are linked. Now if my mother…

Open up your diary to public viewing for advice.

Diet, that's it. Exercise won't achieve anything without the correct diet steered towards your goals. Yoga sounds excellent, keep doing that along with burning more calories than you consume and be patient. If it's 28 lbs you want to lose, give yourself a year to do this correctly. You'll be seeing results long before…

Just checked, I'm not a 19 year old girl - I'm actually a 32 year old man. I mean I can pass for 19, but not as a girl. I'm so sorry.

I eat more than 400 calories for dinner and before sleep. I eat carbs at night. I have a low rate of body fat. You must just be a freak.
-
Bulls**t. A calorie deficit is the key to weight loss - if you don't want to go on a treadmill, don't. Just eat less calories than you burn and you'll lose weight. A good strength training programme is ideal, so go for it if you want to do that.
-
I just make sure I consume plenty of fibre, after that how much sugar I consume is of no concern.
-
I go more with counting macros, but basically yes.

If you are me, then who the hell am I?!

If he's got that burger for fuel, probably not.

None of what this site tells you is 100% accurate, there's no one size fits all guide for losing weight. This site can give you general guidelines, but tailoring things to suit your unique height/weight/age/gender/etc is down to you. And there's a fair amount of trial and error involved until you find what works for you.

There's so much bull s**t in that I think you're beyond help. Enjoy being scared of food.

Those people are filthy liars. Cut calories = lose weight. Your body detoxes by itself, if it didn't, we'd all die or something.

So your problem is you get full too easily? Try blending up milk, protein powder, peanut butter, banana, avocado and seeing if that helps. If you drink tea/coffee you can melt in some coconut oil and add olive oil or butter into food.
