10.2% body fat sounds great, this might be a much more sustainable weight for you that allows your body to function better. Numbers like 6% are more for the sort of people who sacrifice everything for bodybuilding contests. Maybe it's time to focus on adding some lean mass and getting stronger?

Never really thought there were tablets which cause weight gain, you've done well to compensate for that.

You need advice on how to eat less of something? Just put less on your plate. But I'm firmly in the pro-carb camp.

You can probably find some generic entries which will give you a rough idea as to how much they are. But my best guess would be 500 calories.

Stop, clearly she knows what she's talking about. Don't argue with internet experts.

I discovered the hard way once the McFlurry's in Amsterdam do not taste like they should.

For the same reason why your body breathes in oxygen and pumps blood around. Your weight changes constantly, this is natural and if it wasn't happening - you'd probably be deceased.

I'm not sure what to say about this, so in keeping with the standard response on this website...are you weighing all of your food? Whatever the problem is, it can probably be solved by weighing your food.

No, but my Mother was once and she let me have a try and it was bloody awkward trying to get around with them. So you have my sympathy. Losing weight is going to be a matter of cutting calories below what your body is currently burning whilst presumably sedentary (resting). But with you being injured, perhaps you need to…

Is that your excuse? It works for everyone (awkward conditions excepted of course), if you're gaining, you're more than likely eating more than you think. You can lose weight, you just need to brush up on your discipline and be honest with yourself.

Grams for solids, ML for liquids. You won't go wrong with that.

You could just make up something like how you need to manage blood sugar levels or you have an allergy to something, etc. But probably best if you keep insisting that you don't want these offerings and if they can't accept that, it's their problem. Never feel awkward about turning down food you don't want.

That's about 1 lb a week weight loss, which is ideal. A 0.5 - 2 lbs a week loss should always be the aim, and you're nailing it. Keep it up, you're doing great. Don't fall for the trap many newbies do that weight loss is a race where the winner is who can lose the most in the shortest amount of time. The real winners are…

I couldn't choose between the two, so I have both.

I lost 5 lbs last week, most of it was water weight from a sudden gain the previous week. I'm 10:3 currently. Anyway, aim for a 0.5 lb a week weight loss, enjoy the extra calories that gives you. It'll make it more sustainable and less likely you'll crash and binge. Trust me (and everyone else on here), however good a…

Hello Mo, I am Scott and I like eating animals. I'm great thanks.

No, we were so drunk we each thought the other one was an attractive woman. Knew I shouldn't have had that second shot.

When I saw the title I thought it was going to be something horrible they said. So that's great, kudos on the kudos.

Find a monster, kill it and take it's calfs.

Sorry, I live in Northumberland, UK. But I have a black hoodie with Nebraska on it that I'm quite fond of. Just thought I'd share that with you.

They'll either need to accept your decisions or you'll need to move on. It's not like you're being unreasonable, it's not a big thing for friends to accept you eat what you want to eat.

That's a term I've heard a few times before, I sometimes get this feeling that there's some sort of block in my ear that's reducing just slightly how I hear things. Music doesn't sound so loud to me anymore. Oh goodness, I hope not. This is going to be an interesting experience finding out what this is, thanks for the…

Out of curiosity, does anyone here ever experience like a sudden rush of blood to the head/very pronounced dizzy spells and feel the need to drink/eat really quickly? Keeps happening to me more and more regularly.

You don't weigh what you have for dinner? Going off how full your plate is is not an accurate way of judging calorie intake. If there's a failing in your counting, that'll be it.

What the hell is wrong with eating at night? Why do so many people seem to fear eating later on in the day when we're basically designed to work during the day and refuel after? Eat whenever you dang well want to eat, whatever works for you. Food doesn't become bad because it's a bit darker outside. And your body doesn't…

Sounds like you've just provided your own motivation. Just remember that whenever it all feels like a bit of a struggle.
