Another update, should be getting my Passport insurance back and the cards are on their way to me. Still going to the seminar this Thursday.

Update: I turned in my paper work today just to find out my insurance had been terminated Jan 1st. No idea why. We've struggled to find the issue, they can't find me in the system and I have to do a manual verification. I originally had Passport (I'm currently unemployed, just got my cosmetology licence), but my Mom has…

How often does insurance companies reject you even after you do the 6 month diet? I've read about a few people that should have qualified and they were rejected.

I can easily eat the whole chicken in one meal. I have issues with large portion sizes lol

I do understand my emotional triggered eating. I've been mainly struggling with the random urges for when I feel completely fine and content. I've been watching Youtube videos (possibly 25+ so far) about the various surgeries and what people thought about them. I've also watched a 30 minute seminar online from my local…

Ugh I hated seeing this on TV. Let's say for example, I could lose two pounds every week. If I ate whatever I wanted one day out of every week, I personally could eat back enough to gain a pound in that one day - making what would be a 8lbs loss at the end of the month turning into only a 4lbs loss. Anyways, that's my…

54lbs down counting calories, never exercised.

I'm 5'7 (or close to it). My starting weight was 297lbs and my current weight is 245lbs. My goal weight is 175lbs. Once I get there I'll see what I think. I haven't been under 200lbs since 7th grade. I'm fine with being on the curvy side for my height considering I've been large my whole life. I also have a larger frame.

^SHANY The Masterpiece 7 Layers All In One Makeup Set - "Original"^ I have one of these bad boys. For just $40 the eye shadows are pigmented and smooth. It was pretty much a steal. Don't be fooled by the packaging, the shadows are on point. I also have 100+ Coastal Scents hot pots, so I'm close to 200+ 26mm eyeshadows. I'm…

I have a binge eating disorder and I find that eating large amounts of protein help curve my appetite. Example, I'll eat 12oz-16oz of chicken breast at a meal.

Counting calories and weighing food on a scale will help. I've lost 65lbs so far this year. No need to pay for the premium on here. It won't tell you how many calories you have left over at the end of the week, but it isn't too hard to hard to figure out since you can always go back and see your food log.

A few weeks ago the doctor's scale said I was 30lbs heavier. I know it wasn't right. I was starting to fit into clothes I hadn't been able to in years.

From what I looked up some of the sites were using DASH to help with heart health and others more for weight loss while trying to sell their books.

I wouldn't follow any "fad" diets. You can eat whatever you like as long as you stay under your calories MFP gives you. Just put in the numbers MFP asks for and it will tell you how many calories to eat. Starting advice here is to get a food scale and weigh food you eat for an accurate calorie count. If the doctor told you…

We have all this for Thanksgiving:* Turkey * Ham * Rolls * Homemade stuffing * Fruit Salad * Peanut Butter Pie * Dirt Cake (Oreo Pie) * Sweet Potatoes with marshmallows * Corn and Green beans * Pumpkin roll * Mash potatoes * Brown Gravy We go all out at Thanksgiving because it's one of the only times we can have all the…

I love my jeans from Maurice's.

The thing that helped me lose 60lbs so far was eating chicken almost every day as my main meal. It's low in calorie and fills me up because I have to feel full. An example is you could have one pack of ramen noodles or an 11.4 oz piece of chicken for 400 calories. It would have took me two packs of noodles (800 calories)…

I'm eating what I want on our Thanksgiving day, we're saving it for the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The other days I'll monitor how much I eat, example being the left overs.

Wow. I can't believe some of the comments here. I've lost almost 60lbs without exercise. I had a car accident last year that messed my back up and was born with my hip smaller on one side so it pinches my lower back when I try to exercise. I won't be doing something that causes me extreme pain.

So the last few days I kept thinking about going to donate blood to get some extra money because I wanted to buy junk food and have a binge for a day. They give me a $20 Wal-Mart gift card when I do the double red cell donation where I'm O-. I'm only about 1 and 1/2 pounds away from my half way mark. I ended up changing my…

Almost 60lbs down. Body progress pictures will be posted whenever I reach my goal.

This is my opinion, however I'm only 22 years old so I haven't been around as long as some others. This is also coming from someone that was close to 300+lbs at one time. I believe I've hit at a few of the questions. * I believe the food industry changed to make more convenient calorie loaded foods. Just walk down the…

I'm one of those people that hates plain water. No flavor. I get my water from my soda, my choice even though some people would throw a fit about it. I only like bold flavors in my drinks and what I eat.

I'm 22 and have lost 58lbs so far. Best thing to do is count calories and weigh your food on a scale for a more accurate calorie count. I use most of my calories on protein to fill me up.

Join the Low carber daily forum on here. If you plan on doing low carb make sure you calorie count as well.

I started out counting calories and weighing my food, but recently haven't been. The number on the scale keeps dropping though. If the number isn't going down then I'll go back to counting and reevaluate because that lets me know I'm eating too many calories.

Started with 122lbs to lose. 68lbs to go. Anyone can add me, but I don't always log my food.
-
I started at 297lbs. Down to 242lbs right now. Feel free to add me or message me.

My highest weight I saw on the scale was 297lbs, even though I'm sure I was 300lbs at one time. At that time I thought I was so far out at sea it would be almost impossible to get back to a smaller weight. I thought about all time it would take. I started back in January trying to lose, did plenty of reading on MFP and…

I've lost 54lbs this year with no exercise. Make sure you eat a deficit and weigh your food on a food scale for an accurate calorie count.
