coffee first then I eat oatmeal mixed with fresh fruit or some kind of sugar free jelly or jam mixed in. Egg beaters are also a frequent for me.

That is pretty awesome. An eight year old. I know how heavy my grand daughter is to pickup and can't imagine carrying her around all day I could never do that but here I am carrying an extra adult with me. It's mind blowing when you think about it in that terms.

ok this is going good so far for me. I don't think anyone realizes how damn lazy I am but another 2.34 miles today. Geez my legs hurt.

well 8/1 - 2miles 8/2 - 2 miles feels good to do this. I am focused when I have a goal. Hope this momentum keeps going.

I put in my first 2 miles yesterday! Yeah. I'm going to use this weekend to get a few miles in. My day has just begun. Be back later to log todays miles.
