  • Getting back to MFP after some time off. Just had my 13th veganniversary last month shortly after my second 100 mile finish. I'd love to have some more vegan friends on here!

  • First half marathon. 1:29:13 Had to cancel a couple ultras so I ran this local race instead. I was pretty happy with the results considering I've never raced that distance.
  • I remember the first week KILLING me -- I had never ran before (well, not since junior high) and didn't know I could slow down and pace myself so I went way too hard, and it definitely takes a few days for those running muscles to not get sore. It gets better quick though.
