Sound like there were a lot of us who got comfortable over the holidays. I had lost 20 when I focused on look good for vacation in November but it didn't take long to gain it back when I didn't track.

Don't be afraid to eat after 7pm, you may find having a small snack about 2 hours before bed really keeps away hunger in the morning. But it is good to each within 2 hours of waking up. Water in the evenings helps with the cravings and I usually have a small amount of nuts or other protein for my late night snack. I found…
