Hi do not get discouraged when your body is adjusting to the changes you are making you may not see results at first. Also do not just make my fitness pal just a log of what you are eating. Think about what is in it. Watch breads, pastas, white rice. For instance I only exercise about ten minutes a day of high impact…

I totally like your take on it. I just wish on a personal level I would have been told ahead of time. I agree with the chicken vs egg argument though and it is true in a major sense. Thanks for your post....:happy:
