I get on the scale and way too often. Kinda obsessed about it. It can be frustrating at times because my weight fluctuates tremendously. For example......Fri 191.8, Tue 196, yesterday 190.6. So every Friday I pray it is a good scale day so I don't let my team down.

I really would love to have body like that and there is no one in particular. But I would like to have a fit and tone body like Jillian Michaels.

I used to fill the stress with eatting and over eatting at that. I have learned that exercise releases endorphens and helps reduce stress. And a lot of prayer.

It used to get me down and I would discourage me. Now it motivates me to work harder. I don't want to be defeated.

Tues-restaurants: I try to get fish and steamed vegs. The hardest is for me not to get tea or coke and stick to just water. All those empty calories in drinks.

Monday QOTD: I find that cross training is a great way to burn calories and tone. Having stations that you rotate between. Good job blue team. QOTD: I found dancing to be very beneficial and fun. Any of the Wii games and they make a zumba that will kick your butt. It is said zumba burns up to 800 calories in and hour session.

I have several problem areas....my belly is so big and flabby. Planks are good...but I still have too much fat to see them. My arms keep waving even after I am done.....tricep presses help with that. And my thighs rub....lunges help them and the buttocks.

Peanut, I sent you an email about my weight being correct at 175 (175.4 to be exact). Starting 2 1/2 weeks ago was 189. Week before last was 176 and now it is 175.4. I put it on the spread sheet as starting 176 and current 175.4. I dont know what I did wrong. Hopefully I will do it right next week. Tanya

Muscle weighs more than fat....and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at times of rest. Stay positive! You are worth it.

Unfortunately when your skin gets stretched rapidly (weight gain then rapid weight loss, or in you case a babies) you loose the elasticity. It is like stretching a rubber band and it gets to where it doesn't bounce back. Surgery is the only option.
