That is so true but many of my students have actually helped me on my journey but I guess just like anything there always are a few bad apples in the bunch

Rural school is that I live in a small county less than 12000 people. They have school where I teach as only about 600 students so I consider that to be very small in comparison to others.

I usually have one meat either chicken or albacore tuna it is usually paired with sweet peas 4 ounces, 4 ounces of red cabbage, 4oz no fat cottage cheese and usually some kind of fruit such as pineapple, oranges, or mixed fruit. I also might substitute fresh fruit for canned fruit

mix with vanilla greek yogurt not bad. I use that when I run out of skim milk. I too am and Honey Nut Cheerios lover!!

I too am afraid of the holidays and what it will bring. I enjoy the homemade goodies but realize that is what got me where I am now. I will have to remain in control and 'accountable' for myself. hope I have the willpower to do it.

I am in. I love these challenges! this month I have set a goal of 450,000 to 500,000. Last month I got 487,000 and this month is one day shorter so I hope I can make it.

I too am a teacher, coach, driver ed coordinator, and a wife. it is hard to try and fit in what needs to be done. I am lucky as I am a PE teacher and my classes just went in the gym for the remainder of the semester so I get to walked alot.
