I too eat 5-6 meals a day. If I don't have a snack in between I get too hungry. I also down at least 8 glasses of water a day to help curb the hunger pangs. My snack may be fruit or low fat cheese sticks. I works best for me

YES IT CAN!!! I have only be with this for about 6 weeks and i love to swim, due to bad knees, sciatica and spinal stenosis. It is wonderfull. I even jog in the pool, swim laps, do step ups, aerobics and feel wonderful afterwards. I have lost about 25 pounds. I am dreading the winter when I have to close my pool. Feel free…

September 6 - 22,103 steps BEST day I have ever had but that's what a day at Busch Gardens will get you and my husband walked each one with me. Proud of him as well.

I have lost 25 and they feel looser. My shorts and pants are much looser fitting but not down a size yet. I can't wait for the day to get out of the 18-20W's and get back into regular size clothes.

yesterday walked right at 18,000 steps!!! i try each day for over 10,000. Being a teacher and a coach it is doable during the week, the weekends is my problems but last Sunday I got in 1.8 miles.

Log them in with your intake. The sodium might cause water retention should you weigh in the morning. I slipped yesterday myself.
