  • I would think if you are getting too much protein, then your not getting enough of the other foods you need in a day for a healthy food intake- fruits/veg/grains/ect. You want to eat balanced to ensure you're getting a variety of nutrients and vitamins your body needs .

  • Yes, a port. mushroom is only about 30 calories. Looking up the calories for the fish and shrimp - it doesn't add that much as both are low cal. I'm guessing what you found is pretty right on. The only way it'd become higher is if either were battered/fried.
