One thing I received as a shower gift that was very helpful was a mesh bag to hold all of the little socks to keep them from getting lost in the wash.

A group of us have been working on our weight since I started working at my current job over 4 years ago. Every couple of months someone is bringing in their clothing that they have shrunk out. It must have been the night for restarts! I went to a Zumba class last night. It was the first time exercising in over a year and a half. Thanks to my motivating friend Annie, she got me moving again! My knees held up and not too sore today, but probably won't be saying that tomorrow. Great job! Keep it going!

How awesome are you? Your smile in your current pictures is surely reflecting how much better you feel about yourself. Your starting weight is just 5 lbs from where I am today. Just to think one year from today I could, no WILLbe at 60 lbs gone is truly motivating. Thanks for sharing your success!
