  • I like to have as a snack sliced strawberries with 60 cal jello temptations chocolate mousse a drop of lite cool whip and a sprinkle of splenda on top.... .5 cup Strawberries- 25 calories 1 Chocolate mousse- 60 calories 1 tbs lite cool whip- 10 calories comes out to roughly 95 calories and is super delicious and satisfying

  • If it hurts more when you breathe you might have exercise induced asthma... I have this and an inhaler helps. Talk to your doctor if your breathing is causing the pain. :)
