I weighed today. My last weigh in was Oct. 19th I am down 6.9 pounds today...I am thrilled with that. I am at 190.5 would love to get to the 180's. Hoping to get there in the next few weeks

sounds good. I don't weigh every week because some weeks I just don't feel like it. I get discouraged and down when I don't lose, Especially when I am doing everything right and there is no loss. These last 25 pounds have been a beast, But when I do weigh I will definitely check in good or bad.

Thanks lots of exercise and portion control and not denying myself a chance to live a little and always get back on track even if it takes days or weeks to get there. It has not been easy probably the second hardest thing I have done in my life...U can do this!

Right now my goal is to stop the binging. I will do good all week and as soon as the weekend hits it's no routine and eat and indulge in whatever I want! It has been going on for over a year now.

I don't plan mine out either..My days are so hectic, I usually dont even eat a real breakfast or lunch. A piece of fruit or yogurt. I work in the evening so its usually a lean cuisine or some type of frozen meal, but your food sounds amazing

Last week only made it to the gym twice feeling too much spring fever I guess. Fri and Sat turned into a wash on Eating. Sunday was much better!! Looking forward to this week made it to the gym this morning and feel great!!

For me I was just so upset that I couldn't ride the kiddie rides with my kids at the amusement park. I wanted to enjoy life with them and I couldn't.
