I gained 5 lbs but look better than I have in years. I am almost done with my first run through of insanity though. It took 6 weeks for me to see a difference and it was disheartening at first because the scale says Im gaining.

I sweat a lot. I have to use mens deoderant. I can't find anything for the ladies that works for me. I even tried the "medicated" kind thats extra expensive. I use Old Spice Figi now. lol

My husband and I started Insanity at the same time. He eats like a 12 year old boy, soda, sweets, mcdonalds... I cook almost everything I eat. I drink only coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. He already looks like he's been working out for months and I still have my belly bulge. Grrrr. I feel your pain. LOL

I find that drinking water all day curbs my appetite. I still don't drink the recomended 8 though. I just quit smoking so I have been having a snacking problem. Thats why I started using this sites calorie counter to hold myself accountable.

My one suggestion would be to make sure you are ready before you go to bed. I wear my work out clothes to bed and make sure the right DVD is in the player before I go to bed. I have a two year old who gets up arou 6:30 most days so I get up around 5:30. I have to be at work at 8:30.
