I drink one coffee a day (1 small or med coffee from 7/11), so I do not think I have too much caffeine...I hope that's not too much because I have been drinking that much for years!! 2.) I definitely do not stretch as much as I should. I played recreational softball last year and I stretched a few min before each game and it worked well.
