Well I'll be repeating wk 3. I struggled, even on the last day.

I wear my hrm and for Body Combat, I burn 450-530 calories in 55 min and burn 580-645 in Body Attack. I made my own exercise category to track.

I missed my w3d1 run on Monday so I will be doing it tonight. It will be tough. My workout schedule is all screwy this week due to other commitments so I'll be running on a Bodypump day. Upped my squat and back weight today so my legs might be a little jiggly.

I had been eating 1200 calories for 6 weeks and didn't lose anything. Last week I raised my limit to 1450 and lost 2 lbs this week with nothing else changed. Kept my workouts the same.

Can I join in to? I did c25k 3 years ago and got as far as week 7...then found out I was pregnant and quit running. I want to complete it this time! I'll be running T, Th, and Sat. :)

I love yoga. I go to vinyasa yoga 2x's/wk and I find that it is the perfect counterpoint to doing Bodypump 3x's/wk. I would start with a beginners yoga and do not be afraid to let the instructor know that you are new to yoga.
