I've had this issue with at least 4 different pairs of shoes and different brands also. I've always been the type to just slip my shoes on and off my feet. Thanks! This is really helpful. I thought about the lacto-ovo, but my husband is a huge meat eater and I thought it would be easier for me to eat fish and chicken. I'll do some more research and maybe sit down and talk with him about our meals. Thanks!
