I think it should considered as a treat, until you hit you weight loss goal. On Friday night I go to happy hour, and get a Cosmo. So that means on Friday morning, I burn an extra 130- 205 calories to balance it out. I am not much of a dieter, but I find that Skinny Girl beverages are pretty good also.

What ever you do, don't give up. As women, our body weight always fluctuates due to stress, menstration, etc. My advice to you is either ditch Jillian and go hardcore on the elliptical, or go parttime on Jilliian and still go hardcore on the elliptical. One of my favorite low calorie snacks I eat is Hummus, but instead of pita bread, I eat a yellow, red, or orange bell pepper with it. one whole bell pepper is about 30 calories, and hummus is about 50 calories per serving.

You can burn 1000+ calories in Boxing class or on the Eliptical on level 12-16 at any weight. Good luck to you.
