Well... that's part of my point. That fake "healthy" food isn't healthy at all. And certainly not filling. Eat something truly healthy and you can eat more of it per calorie than you can for unhealthy food. The great thing about eating healthy is you get quality and quantity per calorie.

I kinda disagree with the question in the first place. The best thing about being healthy is you, for the most part, can eat more food per calorie when you eat healthy. So I choose both!

I am not sure about "Meal Replacement" bars per se... but I know I personally enjoy Clif bars in the morning. They're health bar made of all awesome ingredients. Haha. It usually holds me for 2-3 hours before I eat again (usually lunch time). They run about 240-250 calories and my favorite is the White Chocolate Macadamia.…

From the app, just go to the home page, at the top is a Nutrients tab. Under there, it should show sodium intake.

Well, I think all you'd need to do is set yourself times for when breakfast, lunch, and dinner would be. Or you can rename them for those time frames even... depending on when you wake up. A general rule of thumb is to not eat 2-3 hours before bed, so food consumption would probably end around 5am-6am. Something like:…
