Hey, DittoDan! Just FYI, I found last weekend at Sam's Club, they offer 800 capsules of psyllium husks for about $15. That's what our local market charges for 320 capsules!

For the last couple months I use the psyllium husks in capsule form. I get our plain grocery store brand. 5 capsules with a full glass of water every morning and I've never been more regular in my life. I also take probiotics so that may help, too.

3 raw eggs 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/3 cup Kraken black spiced rum put in the blender a couple seconds and enjoy!! Happy New Year!

You suddenly notice several shirts and pants have butter, fat and coconut oil splatters on them didn't come out in the wash. Laundry day must evolve! Am I the only one that consistently needs to wear a bib? :smile:

It seems I drink more when it's from a container with a straw. I don't know why that makes a difference but it does for me. Might be worth a try?

If you like bulletproof coffee you can get a lot of fat with that! I use 2 tbsp of MCT oil and 2 tbsp of butter per 12 oz cup and pour it all in the blender a few seconds and that gets me about 50g of fat. It's tasty, too! ...and 0g of protein.

I've read that 5% net carbs, 20% protein and 75% fat is a good place to start. 17 net carbs is way better than 17 total carbs...

I have to warn others after the mistakes I've made attempting to make BPC: Be careful if trying to use a Bullet type blender. After adding the coffee and coconut oil and butter I screwed on the bottom and about the time I turned it over to set it in the base, pressure blew the bottom off and coffee, etc. went everywhere.…
