I just did three circuits of beginner bodyweight exercises. Started 2 weeks ago and could barely manage two - three has just about killed me! I'm still doing pushups on my knees but I'm pretty pleased with myself :smile:

I think you're right it probably is best to ask my doctor. When I was diagnosed in my teens I remember being given exercises but it has never really caused me a problem before as I'm very sedentary!! Thanks for the replies. I think I'll try 1700 and see how I get on - when I was losing it was over what MFP projected so maybe I'm a little more active than their definition of sedentary! x
