  • I did 2nd week double abs, and lower focus.My electric was out last night so I still need to do cardio. I am wantinh to do it today so I dont have to do it tomorrow, but I may have to wait if my body is to worn out.
  • I have been at 1200 Calories for about a year, but am bad about snacking and not counting...oops. But I dont think I go much over. I am trying to lose weight and get more tone. I am 5'6 130.
  • I am on week 2 day 2 TBC ugh! It actually went a lot better than last weeks though. Last week I tried to stay with him and not modify but I was honest with myself that I am just not there. I have zero upper arm strength and will probably never be able to do a push up, (even after 30 day shred). I really love this program…
  • I am unfortunately on roll duty. I will probably just get super tiny portion and then have a banana and some veggies in my classroom when its over, but I am afraid if I have a little I wont be able to stop noodles are my downfall. lol
  • I started on Monday too. I loved it except for abs, I got really discouraged because I couldn't get my form right and all the moves ended up hurting my back more than my abs. After a pep talk from my husband I feel better about it, but I am still dreading ab day next week.
  • I eat the Texas Croutons also, I have a 2 tablespoon measuring spoon and I just crumble them to measure them.
