  • I felt that way last week, I ended up trying to eat more protein and B complex vitamins mid- day. I think you are going through changes and your body is adjusting - Keep at it !
  • I can only eat blueberries in my salads- not a big fruit eater. But I eat regularly in a week these items- some more so than others on different days. Dislike tomatoes... Like sauce... but not the veggie itself.
  • I am on my 3rd 20ounce bottle of Water since 11am - I go about every 90 minutes ( Iogged it one day - I felt like I go too much ..lol) I am the most frequent bathroom user in the office... but I drink coffee then go straight to water.. Atleast now I feel I am not alone:drinker: Thanks !

  • Me to 5'4/ 148lbs today - going for 132 anything else is bonus :) Just completed my first 17 days of eating clean... I am now addicted to yogurt ( not a bad thing) :):smile:

  • I am 38 looking to lose about 20 pounds by June. So far I am on the 17 day diet - Day 8 - with about a 3lb loss but 21/2 inches lost around my belly ...so I am pleased with the progress so far and the diet has been relatively easy for me to follow.

  • I too worry about it. It seems you have 1 yogurt and a fruit and you hit your mark the day. I don't really eat a lot of other sweets but tend to go over 20 grams a day. I feel better knowing it is natural sources other than candy or junk... so I guess it is ok. I am glad to see others having the same issues.
