I ended up working crazy hours last week, Thursday until today actually. I tried to have a healthy lunches and dinners when possible but the wine is definitely sabotaging my diet~Gotta give that up - Hopefully next week I will see better results!

I bring a tortilla ( low carb variety) filled with spinach a little shredded cheese - add some spices ( I like a fajita blend) rolled up to work and microwave it for lunch. Not really recipe but lunch idea.

Try to lay off the salt and drink plenty of water to flush it out of your system maybe add cucumbers to it, that helps with bloating.

I mark it on my calendar - to keep me in check from time to time. On a day I eat well, which I should everyday - its a reminder for me to reach that goal weight.
