NSV [pics] After Workout

I felt good after my workout today so I took a few pictures. To me this is the best shape I have been in since being a teenager. That's sad to me and I am VERY down about my endurance and strength. But the bottom line is I am further than I have been in 10 years. I have a long way to go before I am "happy" in a final sense, but I am happy with where I am right now. :)

    Thanks everyone. I'm not impressed at my physical side but I'm happy I can go running now. :)

    You're taking the steps man, that's what matters.

    I took TONS of pictures of my progress when I was losing weight. Each new muscle that became visible just made me that much more determined to push.

    Also, to let you know...you're honestly less than three months from where I am in my profile picture, with a good diet and the right exercise.
