One option would be to at minimum workout 4 days a week - 2 on weekends and 2 weekdays. So that means you would only have to worry about working out just two days after work. since you're so hungry right after work, I would recommend having some snacks that can give you quick energy boost, that can be utilized at the gym.…

I'm a morning person but I workout late afternoons, early evenings. I ensure that I consume just enough carbs couple of hours prior to WOs. I'm able to hit my protein goal of 150g-170g of protein by only consuming whole foods. No protein shakes nor any protein bars. I just feel better, can think clearer and feel more energetic throughout the entire day by consuming whole foods protein.
