Just took my daughter to the doctor for this very thing last week. She's on a strong antibiotic, but the doctor also told us to have her soak her foot in hot water with epsom salt 3x per day for 15 to 20 minutes each time. When you feel like snacking because of the boredom, why don't you try an exercise instead. Nothing really to break a sweat, but maybe some squats or lunges or biceps curls. Or maybe even some stretching or a short walk.

I like the Skinny Taste and Cooking Light websites. I also get a lot of recipes from pinterest and those lead me to different sites and blogs as well.

My doctor told me that when I hit a plateau I should switch up my exercise and add something a little different. Maybe instead of walking/running try zumba or cycling. Or add strength training. Or add to the incline on the treadmill. Little tweaks here and there might be helpful.

So far today I have worked with my husband cleaning out the garage. This included moving/lifting heavy boxes, emptying boxes, carrying things inside or to the trash....lots of activity there. Hoping to get in some treadmill time or a dvd later today.

This is fantastic! My biggest weakness is peanut butter. Straight out of the jar peanut butter. A teaspoon here, a teaspoon there.....really adds up. I'm packing on tons of extra calories without even realizing it.

I've only done kettlebells a few times. I am in my mid-40s with about 50 extra pounds and i'm not in the best of shape. My strength is really lacking. I love Zumba! I have Exhilarate and the set that was released before that (it has one dvd that teaches some of the basic steps in easy beats...) I used to do them much more often than I do now. Lots of fun though! I really need to get back into the whole exercise thing :)

My new favorite snack or light meal is nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter and just a hint of sweetener. It's like the filling of a peanut butter pie :)
